I Eat Brainz

This app rocks. Literally. When I began burning to MP3s in 1995ish I screwed up most of the ID3 tags. My 9,000+ library has about 1000+ songs with unusable info. Jay Tuley's I Eat Brainz (interesting icon, eh?) connects to musicbrainz.org and uses acoustical matching to rip through any poorly tagged ACCs and MP3 in itunes. It identifies your songs by their acoustical signatures and rewrites them with the correct -- full -- ID3 tags. It's a tad buggy... and has crashed a few times. However, it's well worth suffering through some bugs to finally fix my poorly organized music library.

Umm, you mean my plan--spend an entire weekend going through it manually myself--which I've been putting off for about 10 months now, isn't worth it?

This product is amazing!!!! TRULY AMAZING!!! I just tagged around 500 songs in a matter of minutes.. an the buaety is... I didn't have to do anything! Even more amazing.. there were only about 6 or 7 songs the program didn't recognize!!!!
